About the project

This project is investigating mechanisms for building the capability of extension staff (Regional Development Officer) in the Australian vegetable industry. The research is tracking capacity development of staff across the 5-year timeframe of VegNet3.0 and aims to explore which types and modes of professional development investment are most effective.
